3 Golf Quick Fixes
Hi, and welcome to three quick fixes for your golf game.These simple fixes can help save a scorecard on a bad day but are not meant to replace the practice that you should be doing. So, five quick and dirty fixes for the golf course. 1. If you are slicing the ball, that is, it's flying down the fairway and sliding left to right then a quick fix is to strengthen your grip. This does not mean hold the club harder but to turn your hands to the right so you can see more knuckles on your left hand (right handed players)This will bring the club to the square position earlier and should straighten your shot. 2.If on the other hand you are hooking the ball, i.e. it's moving to the left do the opposite and weaken your grip moving your hands round to the left. Remember ball ball moving right, turn hands right, ball moving left move hands left. The hook and slice are the most problematic faults in golf and you will need to visit a golf pro for a better remedy but hopefully these two fixes will save the odd round. 3. Driving the ball too low is another fault that appears every so often and most people will try raising and lowering the tee but a better fix is to move the ball a little forward in your stance allowing the club to start its upward arc prior to impact. The final tip here is if your'e having a bad round and nothing seems to be going right, breathe deeply, enjoy the countryside and remember a bad days golf is still better than a good days work.
